Veal Marsala - tender veal scallopini sautéed with mushrooms and marsala wine. Finished with a touch of demi-glace. - 19

Veal Francese - tender veal scallopini egg battered, pan fried and served in a lemon butter sauce. - 19

Veal Parmigiana - veal cutlet that is breaded and fried to a golden brown and topped with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. Served with linguine. - 18

Veal Pizzaiola - tender veal scallopini sautéed with red bell peppers, garlic, and mushrooms in marinara sauce. - 19

Veal Alla La Stanza - tender veal scallopini with prosciutto, tomatoes, spinach, and mozzarella and served in a lite tomato sauce. - 19

Veal Oscar - tender veal scallopini with crab meat, tomatoes, and asparagus and finished with a delicate bérnaise sauce. - 20

Stuffed Veal Rollatini - tender veal stuffed with prosciutto and mozzarella. Finished with a marsala mushroom sauce. - 20
