Pollo / Chicken

Chicken Picatta - sautéed in olive oil and served with capers in a white wine, lemon butter reduction. - 16

Chicken Rollatini - stuffed with prosciutto, mozzarella and fresh basil and baked in a mushroom marsala sauce. - 18

Chicken Parmigiana - breaded chicken cutlet fried to a golden brown and topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Served with linguine. - 16

Chicken Marsala - sautéed with mushrooms and marsala wine. Finished with a touch of demi-glace. - 17

Chicken Fantasia - sautéed in olive oil and a touch of white wine and served with artichoke hearts in a mushroom sauce. - 17

Chicken Francese - egg battered, pan fried and served in a lemon butter sauce. - 17

Parmesan Crusted Chicken - encrusted in parmesan cheese and sautéed in a garlic cream sauce. - 17

All dinners are served with a cup of soup or a house salad, and a side of potato and vegetables unless otherwise noted.
